Our Story

A decade turning raw aim into repeatable results.

What began as a single VOD-review desk above a Collingwood café is now Victoria's most structured competitive-gaming academy. We are analysts, former semi-pro players, and coaches who believe improvement should be measurable, not mystical. Every program is built on data, deliberate repetition, and honest feedback.

  1. 2016

    The first review desk

Founder Daniel Reyes started reviewing Counter-Strike demos for five local players out of a shared workspace on Smith Street. Word spread through Melbourne's LAN scene within a season.

  2. 2019

    A dedicated studio

We fitted out our Collingwood studio with eight calibrated 240Hz stations, moved to structured curriculums, and welcomed our first full-time Valorant analyst.

  3. 2022

    Online programs launch

Remote coaching over encrypted VOD tooling opened the academy to players in Perth, Brisbane, and regional Victoria without the travel.

  4. 2025

    Three titles, one method

Today we coach across Valorant, League of Legends, and CS2 with a shared framework: baseline, plan, drill, review, repeat — measured every fortnight.

Programs & Method

How we actually make you better.

Each program pairs live coaching with structured homework and fortnightly progress checks. Expand a program below to see exactly what is included.

You submit two recent competitive matches. A coach annotates crosshair placement, utility usage, and decision points, then walks you through the timeline live. You leave with a written action list of three habits to drill before the next session.

A fortnightly cadence of coaching, targeted drills, and accountability check-ins built around one goal rank. We track headshot percentage, first-contact win rate, and objective control so progress is visible on a dashboard, not a hunch.

For five-stacks and amateur rosters: we review a scrim block, map default setups, and rebuild your mid-round comms. Includes a shared playbook document and role-specific feedback for each player.

Supervised sessions on our calibrated 240Hz stations in Collingwood with routines tailored to your title. Coaches correct sensitivity, warm-up structure, and movement so mechanical gains actually transfer into matches.

A focused block before an event: opponent research, ban-phase planning, nerves management, and a match-day routine. Designed for players and teams entering Melbourne LANs or online qualifiers.

Eight weeks in the Ranked Climb Program took me from hard-stuck Gold to Ascendant. The fortnightly dashboard made it obvious what to fix — no guesswork, just drills that worked.

Jordan M.

Fitzroy, VIC · March 2025

The VOD reviews changed how I watch my own gameplay. My coach caught crosshair habits I'd had for years. First-blood rate nearly doubled by the end.

Priya S.

Carlton, VIC · February 2025

We brought our five-stack in for Team & Scrim Analysis before a Melbourne LAN. The mid-round comms rebuild alone won us two maps we'd normally throw.

Liam T.

Richmond, VIC · January 2025

The Aim Lab sessions in Collingwood fixed my warm-up routine and sensitivity. Mechanics finally hold up under pressure instead of falling apart in overtime.

Aisha R.

Brunswick, VIC · December 2024

Did the whole program online from Geelong. Zero difference in quality — the encrypted VOD tooling and written action lists kept me on track every fortnight.

Noah K.

Geelong, VIC · November 2024

The Tournament Prep Sprint settled my nerves more than anything. Having a match-day routine and ban-phase plan meant I could focus on playing, not panicking.
